PromptBeat is a permission control and remote AI chat system for AI coding agents. The Service intercepts tool calls made by AI agents (such as Claude Code, Aider, Codex, Goose, and Gemini), routes them to your mobile device, and allows you to approve, deny, or edit actions before they execute on your development machine. Additionally, the Service enables you to run full AI chat sessions with any supported tool directly from your mobile device or web browser.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, including passwords, API keys, and authentication tokens. You must not share your credentials with others. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may delete your account at any time through the app or API. Upon deletion, all associated data (permission records, rules, API keys, and device registrations) will be permanently removed. We may also terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
API keys ("pb_..." tokens) grant programmatic access to the Service. You are responsible for securing your API keys and all actions performed using them. Treat API keys as sensitive credentials — do not commit them to version control, share them publicly, or embed them in client-side code.
You may revoke any API key at any time through the app or API. Revoked keys are immediately and permanently invalidated. We may revoke API keys that are compromised, abused, or used in violation of these Terms.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance when possible.
PromptBeat is currently offered free of charge with all features included. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans or change pricing in the future with reasonable advance notice.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The PromptBeat name, logo, and branding are our property. The Service's user interface design, documentation, and marketing materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to the data you transmit through the Service, including permission requests, tool input, and configuration. We claim no ownership over your content. We access your content only as necessary to provide the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

PromptBeat is a security and productivity tool that adds a layer of human oversight to AI agent actions and enables remote AI chat. It reduces risk but does not eliminate it. You remain responsible for the security of your development environment and for reviewing any code generated through AI chat sessions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PROMPTBEAT, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
